  • What payment options do you have?

    We offer you the ability to pay for your purchases with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and in some countries Afterpay.

  • Where do you ship products?

    At this time, we ship from selected locations where our Print Providers service. Print Providers are able to ship to most countries; however, shipping is not offered to Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

    There are temporary shipping restrictions in place that affect some shipping carriers used by our Print Providers.

    How long does delivery take?

    Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.

    The estimated delivery time for these products is 2-5 business days.

    Please note:

    You may be able to cancel and make changes to an order prior to dispatch. Once it has been dispatched, we are not able to process any changes or cancellations.

    Order cancellations & changes are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us via email. You may contact us directly for further enquiries.

    You must provide a physical delivery address where someone available to accept the delivery of your order during business hours.

    You may be required by Third Party Couriers to provide proof of identification for verification checks in accordance with their delivery terms.

    Delivery times are subject to the Third Party Couriers and weather events.

    We ship our products to you via local, reputable third-party couriers.

    Shipping and delivery of your order will be in accordance with the delivery terms of the Third Party Couriers.

    My purchases haven’t arrived. What do I do?

    Deliveries can take longer than expected in some cases to arrive, depending on warehouse location, environmental conditions and other issues outside of our control.

    While we aim to deliver your goods to within 14 days latest, please contact us directly if you haven’t received them within a reasonable time.

  • No physical product will be shipped with digital purchases.

    You will be able to download your files right after you purchase and also, and you will receive an e-mail with a download link.

  • What happens if my items are damaged?

    All products sold through the our website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and our Warranty Policy does not limit any rights and remedies a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

    In addition to a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offers a 12-month warranty on products sold through our website which are found to be faulty or damaged, except (and subject to the Australian Consumer Law):

    if expressly stated otherwise on the product listing – please refer to the product listing for the express warranty period;

    in relation to accessories or bonus gifts (as noted as such in a product listing); or

    if the fault or damage is due to:

    normal wear and tear;

    damage arising from improper assembly or modification of the product;

    damage arising from abnormal use or abuse of the product;

    damage, wear and tear as a result of improper or lack of maintenance and/or care of the product (e.g. of fabric or timber); or

    damage to external product packaging only.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to a different account or credit card to that used to place the relevant order

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, digital products, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
