Return Policy
The customer will contact OneWord.Store at emailonewordstore@gmail.com within 30 days of product delivery, describe the issue, and provide evidence to OneWord.Store, and inform us of their preferred resolution.
Then, OneWord.Store will contact the Print Provider on your behalf. If a replacement is needed, the Print Provider will reprint the order (free of charge), and the item will be sent directly to you (the customer).
If a refund is preferred, the Print Provider will process the refund, and OneWord.Store will automatically credit your preferred account.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be received as a damaged product or a manufacturing error. Notification of the issue must be done within 30 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that are personalized, custom-made, or final sale items may not be eligible for return. In this case, returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
Return Process: To initiate a return, the customer should contact OneWord.Store at emailonewordstore@gmail.com, describe the issue, and provide evidence to us, along with their preferred resolution. OneWord.Store will then contact the Print Provider on your behalf to resolve the issue.
Refunds: Once the issue has been resolved with the Print Provider, and if a refund is approved, we will process the refund, and the amount will be automatically added to your preferred account.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, digital products, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
Changes to Return Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the return policy will be posted on our website.
